Consultancy Assignments

  1. In March – (ongoing) assisting BITS Pilani – Dubai campus in earning initial licensure and initial progam accreditation for BE Mechanical Engineering Program aligned with CAA and ABET Standards.
  2. In March – June 2023, assisted UD-DBS in preparation of its 2024 continuous improvement report (CIR) for maintaining AACSB accreditation.
  3. In June 2022-October 2022, advised EM Normandy France to set up its branch campus in Dubai with UAE-MOE initial licensure and initial progam accreditation for 1 Bachelor degree program
  4. In April 2022, assisted University of Dubai – Dubai Business School in reviewing substantial change application for its undergraduate and graduate program for approval by UAE Ministry of Education.
  5. In June/July 2019, assisted University of Dubai for competitive analysis of its MBA and PhD programs, with benchmarking with top-10 FT ranked schools in the USA, and made recommendations for improvements.
  6. Provided informal mentoring assistance to Iraq business School (Mansour University College, Baghdad) under USAID-IFD project $200,000 (1st November 2011 to 31st October 2012)
  7. Provided informal mentoring assistance to Iraq business School (University of Baghdad) under USAID-IFD project $295,000 (1st November 2012 to 31st October 2013)
  8. Undertook 4 Consultancy Projects for DCCI (Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry) in 2004-06 covering Exports, Feasibility Studies, Developing Marketing Plan and How to Compete guides for businesses in Dubai.
  9. Provided consultancy support to 6 business schools in Africa/Middle East as member of Dean Across Frontier (DAF) of EFMD – Brussels from 1st Sep’2011 for 3 years’ period

  10. Assisted 4 business schools (TAPMI-Manipal in 2010, IFIM-Bangalore and IIM-Indore in 2017, Amrutha -Coimbatore in 2018) in India, Moscow in 2019, Kuwait in 2020, in earning AACSB accreditations by serving as peer review team member of AACSB.

  11. Assisted Ajman University College of Business Administration in 2018 in preparing its progress report for peer review visit for AACSB accreditation

  12. Reviewed Self Evaluation Report of Skyline College-Sharjah for submission to AACSB for starting initial accreditation process in 2018-19.

  13. Provided Consultancy support in 2016-17 to Skyline Colelge in restructuring its operations for enabling it to apply to CAA for getting University status and start AACSB accreditation process.

  14. Prepared first round gap analysis report of American University of Ras-El-Khima business school in 2015-16 for starting AACSB initial accreditation process.
